How to request videos for "Bump" alerts and "Phone Usage" on the DCRCAM in Fleet Motion

This article contains the instructions on how to request videos for "Bump" alerts and Phone usage alerts detected by the DCRCAM1 in Fleet Motion. 

Step 1:  On the Main Map Click Alerts 

Step 2: Click on Alerts, then locate the "Bump" time and date you are needing the video clip for, lastly click on "Request 20 second clip"

Step 3:  the video will show as Pending in the Events and Requested in the Video Log

Step 4:  Once the 20 second clip has downloaded from the camera click View to watch the video, share, or download.
